Unless otherwise noted, orders that contain preorder items will be shipped in full on the date when the last preorder item is being released. If your cart includes a mix of currently available and preorder items and you want the currently available item(s) to be shipped immediately, please place separate orders for the already available items and the preorder items. you will be notified about the release of preordered item.
DATES OF PREORDERS can vary. All my covers and products are made by hand and need a lot of time to get finished. i undertake tests, tryouts before i finalise the concept how to build, make the final product. This sometimes also leads me to make changes in order to finish the ideal product i want to give away happy and proud of it. i am also dependent on different fundings in order to realise my projects. That’s why it takes a bit longer sometimes for the item to be finished. Please be patient and kind. I do from time to time provide special offers to my customers. These offers can be pretty cool and worthwhile. If you subscribed to my newsletter, you don’t need to worry about missing out. If you do miss out on a special offer, don’t worry, another one will come.

Shipping is not included in product prices unless otherwise clearly stated. when you order items, please let me know your location by filling in the order form and i will get back to you with a shipping quote and transaction information. Items will be sent only after receiving the money on my bank account.
Orders are dispatched usually within 3 days after the money has been received, with exception, if mamka is on the tour or travelling, then she will let you know of course in advance, when she can send your order. Mamka posts to anywhere in the world. She has no control over shipping times however your order should take approximately a week to arrive after it has been dispatched.

Her refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, she can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Mamka will either refund or replace damaged goods or those sent in error. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit or incorrect please email her at : mamka@klingt.org
Mamka is not able to refund unwanted items. If you have a query about a product or are unsure about anything please email her before purchasing.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any Item with obvious signs of use, not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to mamka’s error or wants to be returned more than 30 days after delivery can not be refunded.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Mamka produces small editions, so every item, every record goes through inspection beforehand. It still can happen that a record bounces or not plays correctly. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send mamka an email and send your item to her physical address, that you will get in our email exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact mamka
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
